BANK ON SANTA ANA – Accessing Safe Financial Services

Orange County United Way's Bank on Campaign is a collaborative partnership with the California Governor's Office involving United Ways statewide, selected Mayors' offices, financial institutions, community organizations, and federal and state regulatory agencies to assist Orange County's unbanked to open starter bank accounts and enter the financial mainstream. Through the program, low-income families can begin saving, build a credit history, gain access to lower-cost sources of credit and invest for their futures. Local financial institution partners include Bank of America, Bank of the West, Chase, Citibank, Comunidad Latina Federal Credit Union, Pan America Bank, Union Bank and Wells Fargo.
