Women Looking Forward

Women Looking Forward, a giving circle within the Leaders’ Society, recognizes the collective caring and financial power of women in Orange County and expands their impact in our communities. The group seeks to energize and inspire women to make a difference by taking a leadership role in advancing the United Way’s Community Impact Work to build self-sufficient lives in Orange County.
Members give a personal gift of $1,000 - $9,999 and invest a minimum of 25% of their gift in Orange County United Way's Community Impact Fund. Those women meeting the membership requirements enjoy the benefits of the Leaders’ Society and receive the following additional benefits:
- Invitations to exclusive Women Looking Forward events, community impact projects, and quarterly membership meetings that feature some of Orange County's leading women as speakers
- Opportunities to build relationships with Women's Philanthropy Fund members through joint activities
