Orange County United Way's Keeping Kids On Track initiative is focused on improving youth development in Orange County by providing young people ages 7 to 17 an opportunity to learn and grow to their full potential.
Keeping Kids On Track is committed to:

Keeping kids in school and encouraging college as an option, and
-
Increasing academic performance and self-esteem
KKOT's funding categories for youth-serving organizations in Orange County:
Venture Philanthropy Fund -- Supports the capacity building and organizational infrastructure needs of agencies operating youth development programs serving youth 7 to 17 in after school or in-school programming.
College Bound Fund -- Supports agencies offering college awareness and/or assistance programs that increase college attendance through counseling, field trips, assisting students to gain financial aid and homework assistance.
Keeping Kids On Line Fund -- supports access to use of computer technology for agencies operating youth development programs to create an environment where youth are equipped with computers and receive technological skills training.
Scholarship Fund -- Provides funding to assistance with college attendance.
